This resort has some truly impressive features, including a stunning lakeside view and spacious accommodations that were a pleasant surprise. However, I encountered some significant service issues, particularly related to a lack of urgency from management when addressing problems. While the amenities offered plenty for family entertainment, it was disappointing that the dining options were limited, and unexpected costs seemed to arise at every turn.
